AVA Artist's Studio for Rent
January 16-February 24, 2024

I am looking for someone to sublet my AVA office/studio (#302) for all or part of January 16-February 24. The space is BIG and sparsely furnished, with views of the Lebanon Green through 4 tall windows. It is quiet, well heated and well-lit, and has fast internet. It is accessible via elevator. There is a deep 2-bay sink and a refrigerator. AVA is a great place to work: there are countless creative opportunities downstairs in the galleries and classrooms, and there is a thriving community of creative people in the studios on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building.

• it could be a good opportunity to spread out for larger projects
• it lends itself to group work / teaching / workshops (I have multiple folding tables in the space)
• you could give yourself or someone you love a real-life work space and take a break from teleworking out of your home
• you could give yourself or someone you love an artist's / writer's / mover's residency to start off the new year

I am offering the space at a discount - $900 for the entire time (more than one week FREE off of the rent that I pay AVA). I am possibly open to renting for shorter periods of time, but will give priority to someone who wants the space for the whole time AND is willing to water my fig trees and geraniums :)
