5 Directions Meditation
The 5 Directions Meditation offers the possibility of becoming fully grounded in your body, while circumambulating it like a sacred mountain. As you travel around the mountain-body, opening to each of its faces and to the space all around it, you also make a journey through evolving seasons, times of day, phases of development, gestures, colors, and skillful states of mind.
