Description
In these fractured, shattered times, where so much is falling apart we can find support, sustenance and fluency in the elements of EARTH FIRE WATER AIR and ETHER which are timeless, always alive and ever shifting, and in our embodied and creative practices which align us with the wisdom that is always available, giving us glimpses of our vastness and connection to everything seen and unseen. Let’s go there, together.
We invite you to engage with 5Rhythms®, SoulCollage®, and Family Constellations as practices for resourcing, exploration, and integration. Julie Stuart and Julie Püttgen are wildly creative humans and friends for 25 years, who will offer their decades of experience to gently guide and hold space for a weekend of movement, art-making, ritual, and community. Join us in the Upper Connecticut River Valley of Vermont where we’ll dance on the beautiful wood floor of an old Meeting House and make art in the gathering room as we fluidly move between dancing and art-making, igniting our imaginations and freeing our creativity. No prior dance or art experience is required at all.

5Rhythms Movement Meditation
The 5Rhythms® are the foundation of Gabrielle Roth’s body of work, a series of healing maps for BODY HEART MIND SOUL SPIRIT. A map that serves as a dynamic container for you to journey wherever you wish to go but will always lead you home. This guided dance movement practice powerfully catalyzes our body’s wild intelligence in a freely expressed movement meditation through an exploration of our interior landscape so that we can be more: alive, authentic, human. A practice where moving is metaphor and movement is medicine. If you have a body, you’re a dancer. We’ll have chairs for seated dance.
SoulCollage® & Family Constellations
SoulCollage® is an expressive arts practice that gives form to the wild wisdom and diversity of each maker’s soul, using simple methods and collage materials. There’s room in a SoulCollage® deck for your community, the Ground of Being, your inner Committee, your teachers, your connections to chosen lineages, your shadows, and much more. Founded by Seena Frost, SoulCollage® is a global community of makers, facilitators, and communities who gather to make, consult, and share their cards. You are welcome to bring your own materials and deck but this is not necessary. Materials will be provided.
Family Constellations practice, first proposed by German therapist and ex-priest Bert Hellinger, offers tools for recognizing the loyalties and legacies within our family systems, to release unneeded burdens and restore the flow of love between generations and individuals.
