Why Attend SoulCollage & Constellation Circles?
- You are looking for meaningful connection with other humans, in a safe, creative, intentional setting
- You want a way to contact your own wisdom in making decisions
- You want to bring creativity, compassion, and awareness to participating in your life and the larger systems that shape our world
- You want to connect with a sense of resources in your lineages
- You're doing parts work in some other context (IFS therapy, training) and you are curious to connect with your parts in a visual / imaginal way
- You are looking for skills and support to contemplate your current life situation and next steps
- You are looking for a co-creative way to engage with deep emotion and healing – not as an individual client, but as a member of a healing community
What is SoulCollage?
SoulCollage a really straightforward yet mysterious process for generating and consulting your own deck of cards, with no set inventory or imagery. In a SoulCollage® deck, there's room for your grandmother's house, the Ground of Being, your best friend, your sword-wielding Amazon part, and sacred animal energy. There's room for chance, intention, intuition, and deep knowing. The materials are simple: recycled magazine and books, looseleaf paper, cardboard, and adhesive. Plus swanky, protective plastic sleeves. It's kindergarten technology, with very far-reaching implications.
Over time, the practice is kind of like making your own tarot or oracle deck, except that you get to decide what goes in it, and you can keep making new cards as long as you live. SoulCollage® decks are eventually organized into Suits designed to hold different aspects of our lives: our intrapsychic parts (like IFS parts), our connections to archetypal stories, our communities, our animal guardians, and the vast Transpersonal qualities that hold space for all of Life.
Your SoulCollage® deck is intended for you and you only: it's not to be sold, shared online, or used for readings you do for others. Your soul. Your deck. Your imagery. And the best part is: your cards speak to you directly, so you benefit from diverse perspectives outside your familiar narratives.

What are Family & Systemic Constellations?
Upper Valley Constellation Circles is a series of monthly, in-person programs in Lebanon, NH designed to safely, creatively, and compassionately explore the systems and lineages we navigate, through Family / Nature / Systems Constellations practice.
Family Constellations practice, first proposed by German therapist and ex-priest Bert Hellinger, offers tools for recognizing the loyalties and legacies within ourselves and our family systems, releasing unneeded burdens, and restoring the flow of love between generations and individuals. Our Circles will draw from Family Constellations to build living maps of the family / ecological / institutional / political systems we navigate, within which suffering may be seen and released, and healing movements may be completed.
Francesca Mason Boring, a magnificent constellator, writes:
The generosity of this work and what strangers are willing to share with and do for one each other is truly phenomenal.
(Family System Constellations and Other Systems Constellations Adventures, p.10)
I'm moved and amazed every time I enter the living field we create together in practice, and feel the flow of love, life-force, and possibility restored.
