I offer Art/Dharma coaching sessions remotely (via Zoom). My approach is informed by years of making & teaching Art, living & teaching Dharma, teaching Art/Dharma retreats at the Barre Center for Buddhist Studies (Barre, MA), Red Clay Sangha (Atlanta, GA), and elsewhere. I draw on Expressive Arts Therapy and Somatic Experiencing, as well as a deeply-ingrained love of improvised devotional practice. I have worked with artists who are preparing exhibitions, scientists re-membering their capacity for expression, and academics looking to re-find their own deep & joyful motivations. Clients have used Art/Dharma coaching as a way to explore their gender expression, their commitment to activism, and deeply personal relationships to social justice. Art/Dharma coaching is for life-transitions, soul-work, and doing the work of becoming what we have always been.

From this starting point, I support clients in following the thread of their knowing as a source for daily, committed practice.
These questions help open up the coaching relationship:
- Please describe your current Art (creative) practice.
- Please describe your current Dharma (spiritual) practice.
- What are the current bridges you see between your creative & spiritual practices?
- How do you currently see your creative & spiritual practices connecting into the larger context of your life?
- What kinds of supports are you looking for?
- Listening to your intuition, what do you sense is next for you in creative and spiritual endeavors?
- How often would you imagine meeting together?
- How much time can you imagine devoting to daily co-created Art/Dharma “assignments” between sessions?
- What would help make daily Art/Dharma practice possible for you?
From this starting point, I support clients in following the thread of their knowing as a source for daily, committed practice.
Sessions are offered on a sliding scale of $75-150 per session and are paid through the Shop on this site.
